SanDisk Security is a new, hardware-based security solution for password-protecting the new (V2) versions of the SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD line (Extreme and Extreme Pro). SanDisk Security uses AES 256-bit hardware encryption built directly into the product. This is more efficacious than the 128-bit SecureAccess previously utilized.
